Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to handle a wide range of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely . Key Responsibilities: * Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end . * Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received . * Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring . * Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records . * Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed . * Reconcile commissions and bonuses . * Process wholesale sales . Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required . * Excellent computer skills and attention to detail . * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks . * Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor . * Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred .
