Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contribute A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospitalAssist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening processPerform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admissionCommunicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families.
