As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will help clients understand their benefits options and provide support throughout the customer experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Communicating with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
Explaining available insurance benefits, coverage options, and relevant policy information.
Answering client questions and providing professional, courteous service.
Scheduling and conducting virtual client consultations.
Maintaining accurate client information and following established procedures.
Building positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Participating in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
Working toward individual and team performance goals.

Entry-Level Qualifications:
No prior insurance or customer service experience required.
High school diploma or GED; college students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Reliable internet access and a suitable environment for remote work.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
