We're looking for passionate, polished, and welcoming Hosts/Hostesses to join our team! As the first point of, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll greet with warmth, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and help ensure our service runs seamlessly.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and loves providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable or Seven Rooms, anticipating guest needs, such as noting allergies or special requests.Escort guests to their tables with grace, presenting menus and introducing them to their server.Maintain the pristine appearance of the host stand and entrance area at all times.Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette, managing inquiries and reservations.Requirements/Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in an upscale or high-volume restaurantAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to multi-taskProfessional, polished, and confident presenceAbility to manage OpenTable or similar reservation systems (a plus)Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong communication and organizational skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethicAvailable to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as neededNo job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
