Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.

Location:

Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).

Role:

This person will bring Enteprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You will own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strategic fintech pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery to qualify valuable lending use cases.
• Map decision-makers across business, product and compliance to build a clear path to agreement.
• Lead technical discovery with crypto and product leaders to shape viable onchain lending integrations.
• Drive structuring and negotiation with executive stakeholders to close complex partnerships.
• Coordinate Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move signed partnerships toward launch and active loans.
• Plan account transitions with Growth to support expansion

What Success Looks Like:

First 30 days

You're fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing.

First 4 months

The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones, and your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft.

In 1 year

Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. The accounts you cover already know Morpho.

Must-have Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years experience of personally originating and closing complex fintech partnerships or integration deals.
• Technical fluency in crypto and onchain lending to lead most customer conversations independently.
• Understanding of how fintech business, product and compliance teams make decisions.
• Experience sustaining complex sales cycles and coordinating teams through launch.
• Executive presence, patient listening and the judgment to know when to push or pause.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
• Clear, crisp async communication across teams and time zones.
• A team-first mindset and low ego.
