salary: $53.25 - $56.25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
• Product Owner decisions should be transparent through backlog content, ordering, acceptance criteria, and delivered increments.
• Maintain a healthy, transparent, and appropriately linked backlog, including alignment from Story to Feature to Epic where applicable.
• Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with Product Management, delivery teams, customers, governance partners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure product area goals, backlog items, priorities, and acceptance decisions are aligned to product strategy, customer/stakeholder value, risk management, policy compliance, and business outcomes.
• Partner with the delivery team to clarify requirements, refine features and stories, address escalated impediments, and support value delivery without controlling or directing the delivery team’s working process.
• Demonstrate company-aligned behaviors including acting with integrity, managing risk well, communicating effectively, demonstrating enterprise thinking, providing excellent service, driving operational excellence, embracing change, and creating an inclusive work environment.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning activities, including dependency identification, feature sequencing, capacity alignment, and objective definition.
