Business Office Clerk — Entry Level We are looking for an eager, dependable Business Office Clerk to join our dealership team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge who wants to learn dealership accounting and grow their skills. Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. –5:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to assist with different business office assignments as department needs change. Training will be provided. Responsibilities * Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks. * Enter information accurately into dealership systems. * Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment posting as assigned. * Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness. * File, scan, and maintain organized records. * Follow up on missing documents or information. * Cross-train in different business office functions and support team members. * Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information. Qualifications and Experience * Basic accounting knowledge through coursework, training, or previous work experience. * Previous clerical, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is helpful. * Dealership experience is a plus but is not required. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email. * Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers. * Good communication, organization, and time-management skills. * Dependable attendance and a positive, cooperative attitude. * Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to different assignments.
